How does it work?
We calculate your system's product use and regular maintenance over the course of a year. Then we create a 12-month installment plan and set it up on autopay, using a secure customer portal. You're all set!
Why not just bill me each time you service the system?
We've been serving customers for 20 years. Over time, we've found that billing all at once at the time of service means that customers get invoices that vary in size and aren't as predictable as people like. This simplifies all of that and means customers know exactly what their bill will be each month and when it will arrive.
How do I set up my payment method?
We use a billing company that securely stores your payment information. You can access it anytime to change or update your payment method through your customer portal.
